Happy New Year!
I hope you are enjoying the new year and I hope you are keeping your New Year's Resolution!
Whatever your goals are for 2018 - remember - keep them S.M.A.R.T.
A loose goal such as: "I want to lose weight", will never last...or have staying power.
On the other hand...a goal such as: "I want to lose 10 lbs by Feb. 28th by getting at least 7,000 steps per day and no longer drinking soda".
Now that goal has staying power. So - write your goal or goals out for 2018 in your office. Put it in your phone for a daily reminder. And make sure it is S.M.A.R.T.
