The Pharma Sales Interview Breakthrough Blog
"I have a passion to figure out customer-focused strategies as opposed to, say, competitor focused strategies. if you're competitor-focused, you tend to slack off when your benchmarks say that you're the best. But if your focus is on cusmtoers, you keep improving."
I think this applies in interviewering as well. Trying to match up your skills to that of your competition is an exercise in futility. It will only leave you frustrated and feeling less confident.
Focus your efforts on your customer (the hiring manager) and understand their needs better than anyone else...and then draw dotted lines from those needs to your abilities.
Have a great week everyone!
